Poem

The peace you have given me is sweet Lord

I may look like a fool to others on this Earth

But I know your wisdom transcends over everything

I have been stung by words from others, but you provide healing

insults are thrown by those closest to me, but you shield me

I can find peace and protections in you Lord

Their words are based out of hurt and ignorance

Let me remain gentle and forgive

But also give me the awareness of where I fall short
